  • I will never use heartz again. We literally waited over 30 minutes while 10+ employees were standing around gossiping. When we asked where our car was they said it wasn't clean- why wouldn't you just put us in a different car? I've had this car reservation for 2 weeks and when we get here they changed the car type- and now we're sitting waiting for it when's there plenty of other cars that are available. Blows my mind. Some costumer service!
