How do you react when a company you gave 100% of your business to including your car as well as your children's automobiles since 2011, suddenly gives every indication that you as a customer are not important enough to keep your business? I have purchased tires, inspections, maintenance for three cars for 6 years from Griffin Brothers. Last week when I asked for a lift home, 4 miles away, I was told we don't do that anymore. "Our drivers have been redeployed to deliver tires and parts to the stores". My car failed inspection for an engine light on for the third year in a row and they said they fixed it for the third year in a row. Three hours later and after four years of paying for diagnostics, they asked me to pay for diagnosis again. It was my fault not to complain during the last three inspections when they clearly had not fixed the problem. This time their reply was to either pay for another diagnosis or take it to a dealer. My interpretation is "take your business to someone who cares".
I will.
