  • Wow. They are great. I have been using Brothers Air for awhile now but had my last straw 2 summers ago. They took me to the cleaners and were using words like we need to replace 4 "Flux Phase Shifter" which is actually a capacitor(a form of a battery). Because of this I didn't get a service last summer and with the hot weather my lower unit wasn't working as well. I thought I would try R&B because they couldn't be any worse but I specifically was looking for a smaller company thinking they would be better. Boy was I right. Jerry my service person was great. He walked through everything with me. He said I had a capacitor which is starting to go bad but should be good for the summer. He even showed me the meter readings to back it up. I needed Freon in my lower unit and he asked me to watch him and the scales as he filled it up.(you pay by the pound) Talk about honest. I am no way affiliated with this company but signed up with Yelp just to post my experience. These are the companies I want to do business with . Ask for Jerry real down to earth guy.
