  • Going from Jean talon market to Schwartz for lunch, my mom and I took a long walk and stopped by this delicious looking bakery on the way! We got an almond croissant, Apple bun and white chocolate bun. Not trying these until after dinner, the baked goods were all a bit soft but still so delicious. The almond croissant was jam packed with so many almonds, not too sweet but still a good flavour! I absolutely adore almonds so I loved this and was not overwhelmed by butter or sugar yet. The white chocolate bun was also delicious! Similar to a brioche, it was a nice fluffy texture and had plenty of white chocolate goodness! The apple bun on the other hand was a little too glazed and sweet/sticky making it very heavy. Didn't taste much apple in it either but overall, the bag of treats made for a great dessert!
