  • I had four blow-outs including one at my hotel, with Elaina during a recent convention. I had to be on national TV for one of the days and she made me look fantastic. Beyond the competence, she was extremely pleasant and professional. I only wish she was available back home in San Francisco. You can't go wrong with her service.
