  • I wanted to say what excellent service I received from this company. My water heater blew out I placed a claim with my home warranty and they came out the same day. Ray the technician was more than professional he gave me a write-up of what would need to occur to replace the water heater. Lisa from the front office was in communication with me and let me know that certain items would need to be approved by myhomewarranty to bring the Water Heater replacement up to code. There were two items that my home warranty denied totaling $400 and Lisa let me know that ahead of time. I reviewed my home warranty policy and those items up to $300 were included. I contacted my warranty company and they confirmed that "oops they made a mistake ". I cannot emphasize enough check your policy coverage before blaming the contractor!
