  • I absolutely hate this hotel not only are the so called upgraded rooms not upgraded. The beds sleep as if the bought them used from the motel 6. The front desk Staff were so horrible the keep passing not only myself but the older gentlemen in line up. When brought there attention it was o well. So rude! Bryant and Victor could use a class in customer service when I finally get up there to talk to them in regards to my room and get the key left for me he COMPLETELY ignored the question I had twice a tried to hurry me away. The key that he gave me didn't work after walking all the way across the hotel. Then the ROOM we were given this super luxurious 1 bedroom suite. Looks like it has never been upgraded since they built the hotel needless to say we are checking out and going to another hotel and disputing the charge here if they don't give me my one night back. #DON'T STAY HERE
