  • Firstly, the two stars are because the food is good. Never disappointed in the food, ALWAYS disappointed in the service. I believe it's the owner who works during lunches but i'm not sure. Either way, he never greats you with a "hello", or a simple "Welcome to OTB" usually it's "what do you need?". As someone in the industry i consider myself very lax when it comes to service because i know people have "off" days but every single time he has waited on me i've felt kind of offended and as if I am disrupting his day even when it's mostly take out orders. It's to the point where I would just rather order from the numerous other places in the South Side then deal with someone who is rude.
