I came here Saturday when they were having their grand opening 50% off all their menu items. It was packed and busy due to the special deal that day. Maybe they were understaffed or most of their people were in back trying to keep up with the food orders? but there was only one register open that day so it took awhile to get my order taken. There wasn't any open tables and they did have outdoor seating but it was a cold cloudy day so it was a little wait to get an open table. They were very quick to clean off any open tables which was great and made seating faster and easier. I ordered the southwest rice bowl and I thought the serving was a little small, but considering all the ingredients, it was probably a +500 calorie meal or so. (I sent an email to someone on their team and they said they are working on nutrition facts for their menu. This would be great for me since I do count my macros. They actually replied to my question pretty fast, which was pleasantly surprising. I don't think I will be coming back until they have their nutrition facts listed though so it's easier for me to watch what I'm eating). Anyways back to the dish, other than be a little on the small side, it was clean and fresh tasting with good flavoring. I do wish a little that I had tried a sandwich instead that day. My son had the kids quesadilla and he seemed to enjoy it.
