  • How does this company stay in business? I chose this company because their sales rep assured me that they could do storage as well as an interstate move. After storing some household items in their Phoenix facility, we asked them to deliver everything to our new home in Oregon. They arrived three days late with only half of our belongings. We waited four more weeks to get the rest and when the truck showed up, they had only part of the remaining items. They gave us our box springs but forgot the mattresses. They lost one box of kitchen items and the wooden bed frame from a 75 year old bed that had been in my family for three generations. We finally received the mattresses two weeks later. I have lost hope for everything else. Damaged items, lost items, three deliveries, one man only at delivery to do the unloading..... I won't use this company again and I recommend looking elsewhere.
