| - My wife and I visited this store while on a recent trip to Las Vegas and I am still so incensed several days later that I decided to leave this review.
We were treated incredibly poorly. The shop girl that helped us acted like we were invisible until her supervisor (who was helping someone else) forced her to approach us. At which point my wife told her the exact style and color of shoe she was looking for. Several minutes later she came back with a dirty, obviously returned pair of heels in a similar color to the pair my wife requested. The shop girl watched as my wife tried on the shoes. After a moment, my wife--who happens to own a few other pairs of Loboutins--asked 'Are you sure these are the shoes that I asked for?' At which point, the shop girl--who obviously assumed my wife to be ignorant--admitted that they were not the heels requested by my wife, but a similar style in a similar color. She then informed my wife that they didn't have the style, size, and color that my wife requested. At which point she tried to walk away, back to the corner she was standing sentinel in. Instead, at the request of my wife, she was forced to reluctantly call and check availability of those particular shoes at the store at the Palazzo. Where we later went and had a wonderful experience while buying the shoes my wife wanted.
It was apparent that the snooty shop girl--who probably scrapes little more than minimum wage and who could never afford a pair of the shoes she sells--took us for common tourists just having a laugh. As a result, she brought a clearly returned pair of shoes that they probably use for tourists and tried to pull a bait and switch...thinking that we would never be able to buy the shoes and probably wouldn't even notice the difference. Well the joke was on her, because my wife did notice the bait and switch and we did buy the shoes from the store at the Palazzo--where our experience was 100% opposite of this travesty.
My advice to you is to skip this location and go straight to the Palazzo--unless you enjoy being treated like a substandard human being...in which case be my guest.
