  • I decided to try out this shop because I was in desparate need to alter a shirt that needed a neckline. The shop has a very girly ambience with a hint of pink. The ladies that work here are very friendly and very patient with your wants and needs. I thoroughly explained what I would like to do with my shirt and they gave me the best advice to get the best results. I told them I needed it for a specific day and they were able to accommodate me so that I could pick up my shirt within two days of dropping it off to be altered. I was extremely pleased with the results. I even got my shirt hemmed at the bottom, free of charge! The price for my alteration was a little bit steep but you will never be disappointed. I'd much rather pay a little more for a better tailor and good customer service. The ladies are so sweet and they go above and beyond to keep their cleints happy. I will definitely be coming back here if I ever have any complicated alterations because I can rely on Magic Needle to do a great job!
