  • Went in for an oil change and got some routine repairs done. When I left I heard a horrible sound like a machine gun but quieter on the drivers side of my car. I popped the hood to find the air filter had been taken out and not replaced, the air filter Cap was still open and what was vibrating like crazy, the windshield wiper cap was also open and none of the fluids were topped off like they were supposed to be. I replaced the filter myself as the utter incompetence of these guys has me scared to ever let them touch my car again. Needless to say I won't be back.
