  • The staff is what really sets this store apart from others. I've come in several times with my son, who has some special needs, and the employees are always very helpful and courteous. Last night, my son lost his prized hotwheel in the store and I knew that by bedtime he would be frantic. I left my number, just in case it was found, but honestly I was not hopeful. I was so surprised to get a call from the manager to report that they had it in the managers office for us. When my husband went to get it, the employees were very understanding and jumped to help. Thank you for helping alleviate a long, painful meltdown for all of us. It may seem like no big deal, but when your child isn't able to communicate his feelings except for "black car", it was a HUUUUGE weight lifted off our shoulders to be able to rescue it for him.
