  • When I worked at Bay and Bloor this was my go to spot for a hair cut. Sabrina gave a consistently excellent cut, probably the best I've had. I love that this place is scissors only, I actually heard them refuse to use clippers on a customer who asked for them--awesome! The atmosphere is fun and unpretentious. Cuts take awhile--a little over an hour for me--but it's because they do a good job and don't rush. Their shampoo and conditioner is wicked. I always pick up the big pump bottles of Curls Rock. Really great stuff and it lasts forever. My only complaint is that my stylist was 5-10 minutes late a few times. Also, it's pricey, I think I was paying like $60. I haven't been in several months because I no longer live in Toronto and am back in school so my budget is a lot tighter.
