  • I need to compliment the management at Nacho Daddy. My friends and I walked in to have breakfast at 9am after the Color Run. The restaurant was basically empty. We ordered about 5 minutes into arriving. The server was not ready, willing, or cordial from the moment we walked in. I ordered a coffee and my friends ordered breakfast. She said she would be able to make my coffee, but not right away. She would later just forget (thank god for the manager who came over and made it for her). After ordering, the restaurant filled up with runners from the Color Run. As service slowed to a crawl, our food came out. Well, only some of it. And it was the wrong order. 30 minutes later, our order still was not complete. 40 minutes had passed, we gave up and we asked for our check. The server eventually got us our check but charged us twice for the food we never got. After correcting that mistake, she failed to give us back our credit card. It was time to leave to avoid more and more errors. After a morning of below average service, we left. Here is the good part. As this was rare service from this location, I went back later to discuss it with the area manager. She was very apologetic and kind. She wanted us to return and make up for the errors from that morning. She said she would discuss the problem with the server and see if there was a systems failure during breakfast times. I appreciated the proactive nature of the area manager. Serving can be a tough job and some days are better than others. While our experience was below average, it was corrected by a manger willing to listen and correct the errors. Thank you Nacho Daddy for responding to customers needs!
