  • China pablano is the first and honestly most extraordinary Mexican-Chinese restaurant I've experienced! My friend and I started off with their fresh guacamole and chips. Let me tell you people.... I have never had a server come out with three halves of an avocado, spices, and MASH ALL THAT JAZZ UP in front of my face! It was like boom bam wham, suddenly the freshest guacamole I've had was made in minutes! The portion was enough for 3 people, and I craved it even after dinner as much as I craved their house made chipotle sauce. YOU MUST GET THIS!!! It's a sin to leave without trying it. Another starter we had was the tuna ceviche which came topped with crispy microscopic balls that added a fun crunch to this fabulous appetizer. For entrees, we shared their Caldo tlalpeno soup, dan dan mian noodles, and chicken ji song lettuce wraps. Chicken ji song wraps were sooo refreshing and light, the fun crunchy sweet potatoes straws on top were my fav part. The texture of the dan dan Mian noodles was the perfect chewiness, its as if they crafted their noodles in the morning for optimal freshness. Although I got full, I could not stop picking at the last few bites while waiting for the check, cause they were simply just that irresistible. I don't understand why this restaurant has 3 stars because I think it deserves a five!
