  • The staff are unenthusiastic and have limited product knowledge compared to Chinook and Market place. Like all sephora they insist on hovering over and walk you through the shopping process but the girl I had today had super basic recommendations that were nothing more then obvious. To top of it off, the product I decided on, the girl sent me out with the one that we beside out. Now I have to go back and exchange it - super inconvenient Never shopping at this location again - major thumbs down
