  • Did not no what to say when I found out that Guschlbauer has been issued to closed because of "gross unsanitary conditions" and "failed to ensure food is not contaminated/adulterated" That is CRAZY as I have been a loyal customer that goes to this bakery for their amazing bread. I am very disappointed and would probably not go back every again! Guschlbauer (690 Yonge St.) Inspected on: March 26, 2018 Inspection finding: Red (Closed) Number of infractions: 7 (Minor: 2, Significant: 3, Crucial: 2) Crucial infractions include: Operator failed to prevent gross unsanitary conditions and operator failed to ensure food is not contaminated/adulterated.
