  • We absolutely loved staying at the palms resort. We felt appreciated and that always makes you feel good inside. The reason I'm not giving five stars is because the funky colored couch was stained really bad and I'll just leave it at that. I didn't complain to the staff because they already upgraded us to a corner room in the ivory tower when all I paid for was the fantasy tower regular room. Also the water in the shower not got steamy hot so we were forced to shower in lukewarm water for 6 days. I thought it was weird that drift spa showers had awesome water but the hotel didn't provide any? So that's another ding. There's a casino and it's obviously a lot smaller than some of the strip ones but that's to be expected. There's a food court with 7 places to choose from (Nathan, McDonald, earl of sandwich, coffee bean, chronic tacos, Italian place, and a yogurt place) and a movie theater that shows all the new releases. There's also a moving walkway that connects you to palms place and drift spa and rojo bar. There's fine dining and a buffet available to you as well. We didn't experience everything due to us having other obligations in town so there's reasons for us to come back. The room was spectacular and more than expected because we got upgraded to a corner room strip view in the ivory tower which is newly remodeled! We loved our room and bathroom. We stayed on the 21 floor and couldn't hear any bass from upstairs but we did hear the techno coming from the pool about 10 am every morning. Which kinda blows cause we were getting home about 3 or 4 am everyday... The bed was awesome and felt great. Plenty of pillows to go around. There was an ottoman and that couch I described earlier. The bathroom is awesome but kinda weird because the toilet and the shower don't have doors but just half frosted glass to cover you while you're doing your business. There is a closet with plenty of hangers and an electronic safe for your belongings. Plenty of dresser space too. We absolutely loved the palms and we will definitely be staying there again next time we're in Vegas!
