  • 45 min on hold yesterday!!! They may be the oldest credit union in AZ but customer service SUCKS! Mom moved out of AZ, will move her $ out of there ASAP!! I sent an email and that wasn't responded to either! Obviously their employees are stretched very thin. Met Eddie in February at their Sun City location and he was awesome. So today I have been on hold now for 12 minutes!
