  • I brought my rabbit in here to get an abcess checked out & cleaned, and also to get antibiotics. Unfortunately I had to work and my room mate brought her in. The male vet handled her roughly, and touched her open wound with no gloves & without washing his hands. They did not clean the wound AT ALL, when I returned she had dried pus all over her face. We were told she needed bloodwork, X-rays, etc at a different clinic and it was never mentioned that she needed to have the abscess drained and cleaned at a different clinic. If this was the case they should have let me know on the phone, as I now have to go to another clinic, and this is days of running around while my rabbit is in obvious severe pain. The service I received on the phone from the receptionist was also deplorable. Please don't bring your pets here. This clinic is absolutely useless.
