| - I've been going here for the past 12 years since I was 15 years old, they always treated you like you are welcome there with open arms. You come in, pick a color and have a seat and watch a movie, let them do the work. Over the years, they've hired some girls (or elderly ladies) who are not able to have any communicative interaction with the clients, without being able to listen and understand the customer's needs, how can you deliver the customer what they request? For my engagement party, I went with a picture of the nail design I wanted and showed it to them and verbally told them, they said no problem have a seat. 2 hours later, I had pale nails of all different shapes and sizes... not to mention, for a shellac manicure, she did not follow the regular protocol, I had my hand dipped in acetone? Where is my foil wrapped finger tips?
The owner Maria got a little overwhelmed as people were becoming aware and screamed out 'what do you expect from us, it's not our problem you're not happy'.
12 years relationship with this nail salon...over without any discussion.
