  • Poor service from BOTH a consigner and consumer side. As a 1st and only time consigner I can say they are so disorganized, disrespectful of one's time & the worst company I've ever consigned with. They dont keep inventory of your items so youll spend 20 min of them trying to figure out which of your items were sold. Then they require the manager to be there in order for you to get paid. They wont & cant tell you your balance over the phone so then you must waste your time driving up there to see if you sold $0 versus $10 you will really have no idea. And like I said if the manager is not there then you don't get paid how crazy is that. From a consumer end this place is pack rat of items that is poorly kept including babies toys kept out on the lawn outside for all types of elements to get to the toys. Ridiculous. I will never shop nor consign here again. So disappointing
