  • This was my first time shopping my car, and heard such horror stories. Set up was easy and Mike was very helpful. My car got to it's destination safely, and the driver transporting my car was extremely helpful as well. I would have given them 5 stars, but no one contacted me or informed me that they didn't have a driver to pick up my car during my predetermined pick-up window. I had to call them and ask what was going on and if anyone was coming for my car. They told me they didn't have a driver for that time, but they had another driver that could pick up my car the next day or the day after. Luckily, it worked with my schedule and I was still in town. Besides that, it was great service.
