| - This was the worse experience I have ever had at a dealership. Not only did the sales associate lie repeatedly to us (like telling us that the car has more horse power if you manually shift the transmission), but he acted like he didn't even want to help us. He was very rude. It would have been a much better experience if he had said nothing at all.
Also, the main car we came to look at, which was advised on their website, wasn't even available for sale because it hadn't even gone through the service department since they got it. Was no where ready to be sold, and the AC fan needed to be replaced.
We ended up looking at another one we were interested in. It was really nice, and ran smooth. But having a sales associate in the back seat lying the whole time was distracting.
After we got back, we asked if we could take it to our mechanic to look it over. He said we needed to ask a manager. So, I asked him to get the manager for me.
The manager was also rude, and bragged about how he was running a multi-million dollar operation, and paid his mechanics $150,000 per year. Honestly, I don't care how much money he is making. I don't know him, or his mechanics.
All we wanted to do was let our TRUSTED mechanic to look at the car. But the manager didn't want us to. That, plus the lying from the sales associate made us suspicious of doing business with them.
We were approved for enough money to buy a couple of the cars, and were willing to pay the asking price (even after being treated so badly), as long as our mechanic gave it the okay.
It was sad, really. The car sold itself, especially since all we got from the sales associate was lies.
