| - "Kelly", if that is even her real name treated me like a criminal today, because I brought back a $2 off coupon from a previous transaction in a different state that was good until 1/31/2016. I brought 4 cards the day before and forgot my coupon, I even told the cashier the day before I thought I had a coupon. I spent $16.11 and wanted to get my $2 discount, she refused, told me it was corporate policy not to allow that, I said what? I've done this before as long as I return the cards (which I had with me) none of the California stores had an issue with me doing this. She claimed I could have used that printed $2 from yesterday's transaction, I said no, "She (pointing to the other girl) helped me and gave me a $3 coupon here it is...this is from a different store a different transaction." She was rude, unprofessional, yelled at me like I was a criminal.
Finally she came back ranting and raving like she was talking to a child and then snatch my receipt, because she was angry that I was still there insisting that she help me and I reminded her that I had the right to return them. She said, I will return them but not give you take the coupon. She told me to get out of her store twice. I said why, I haven't done anything wrong. More was said, but basically, I kept the cards which were beautiful and will never visit that store and maybe no other hallmarks, if they don't address my email. I've spent literaturally thousands of dollars at this store over the years and have never been treated this badly. I would highly not recommended anyone go to this location and Kelly learn some professionalism and don't judge a book by it's cover!!!!!!
