  • This is my favorite hotel, period! Why, yes, because I am a neighborhood rock star -- but also because it is hands down an awesome hotel. I stay in the Jimmi Hendrix room (yes, that Jimmi with an "i" at the end) anytime I can ... the pool (with a beach theme where a gradient of beach sand leads into the water) is awesome -- the club, although they rename it everytime, is even more spectacular (I used to go back in the days when it was called "Baby's"). I will caution ... if you want to gamble, this is not the place. This is the place to spend money on alcohol, laying out at the pool, foodery, and concerts (Just recently checked out Wolfmother there). It was awesome!
