  • Like others, I so wish I had read reviews before using this company. My husband and I are both in our 50s, professionals, and have moved extensively in our life. Upon moving out of our recent property my husband, who has done extensive renovation and repair work, patched all the walls where we had TVs hanging. Upon searching we did not find the paint that matched the walls but assumed that the owners, who lived at the same property (Park South Station) did have the paint. Our move out inspection further indicated "no damage, touch up paint only". Imagine my shock when we were charged $475 to repaint not one, but 2 full rooms!!! I can only assume due to the fact that the owners didn't have matching paint. Attempts to correct this with Park Avenue Properties were met with a "too bad, so sad, be thankful we didn't charge you the entire bill" attitude. I have never dealt with more unprofessional people in my life and want to warn anyone thinking of using them to run the other way. You will regret your decision to rent any of their properties when you move out, I promise.
