  • I went to this salon because I purchased a Groupon for eyelash extensions. I had heard a lot about them and wanted to try it for myself. I called the salon and asked specific questions about whether this was for individuals or flares. She, the manager, assured me that they were the individuals. When I got them installed, they were the flares and not only that but the glue that was used burned my eyes horribly during and after for over an hour. Also, several fell out by the next day. I called and spoke with the manager again and she asked me to come back in for reinstallation, which I did. A different adhesive was used this time because it didn't burn as bad. The problem is they started falling out again the next day only this time with my lashes attached!!! I now have huge bald spots in my lash line. I am beyond unhappy and will never set foot in this salon again! It wasn't just the lash experience either, it was the manager lying about it and the general lack of concern for customer satisfaction.
