This office is where I took my business for this year's dreaded tax filing. In my personal opinion, the price charged for filing your taxes with these guys is too high. I don't think the office offers much privacy, as you can hear personal financial information being exchanged between clients and tax professionals from adjacent cubicles.
The parking lot is small, and depending on which direction you are traveling from, can be a challenge to get into/out of. One plus is that this particular branch is open year round. I didn't find all of the staff to be overly professional. The greeting lacked warmth and our 'appointment' was a waste of time since we waited 30 minutes before being seen anyhow. Our tax preparer didn't exactly give off what I'd call an air of confidence either.
They offer coffee and cookies while you wait. Allow me to elaborate to better paint this portrait for you. A coffee carafe half full of coffee made hours earlier, an open can of powdered creamer, a few wooden stir sticks, sugar packets that may or may not have been drenched in a prior patrons spilled coffee, and a tray of stale chocolate covered graham Keebler cookies simply stripped of their packaging. Have fun with that.
Nonetheless, filing taxes is a necessary evil. This place gets the job done, though I'm not sure you couldn't find somewhere/someone else to do it better and cheaper.
