  • Ridiculous! We book enterprise ALOT! Booked the weekend special ($9.99 a day) Fri-Mon with this location, booked over the Enterprise app since we can get points. Booked the compact car a week ago. They called us yesterday to confirm the rental that our pickup time was still good. We said yes, etc etc. Now, 30 minutes ago, we check the app because we thought about making pick up earlier, well we don't see reservation. Called the location on Neil we booked at and they say they can't find it, then they see us booked for Roanoke VA, then they can't give the weekend rate. It was so much back and forth, they wouldn't put the manager on the phone either. All they did was transfer us to customer call center reservations. Crappy customer service all around. Wouldn't even explain why our reservation isn't at Champaign when we clearly booked champaign.
