  • Horrible service. They take weeks to months to fix your appliances, claiming they never have the right parts. They "misdiagnose" the problem all the time and then have to re-order different parts. I would give them -5 stars if I could. This has happened to me with 3 different appliances. Unfortunately they are the company Spencer's uses for their extended warranty. Never buy Spencer's extended warranty. Better off going through the product company. I was without a dishwasher for 4 months and currently without a proper cooling fridge for 6 weeks. No excuse for a company to take that long to fix something.
