  • Great sushi restaurant in the Forum Shops at Caesars Palace. The atmosphere is very open, with a modern Japanese vibe. We ordered a bunch of dishes to share. Among them, the roasted cauliflower, miso eggplant, tofu 3 ways, and a vegetable roll that they let us choose the ingredients for. The only item we didn't like was the slabs of cold tofu. I love tofu, but we couldn't even eat this. Everything else was great!
