  • I am absolutely 100% disappointed in not only the customer service, but the product. I specifically.bought this deal on Groupon because it was inexpensive and seemed like a steal. Spray tan, tanning bed, and packet lotion for $15! Well I was so so wrong. When I got to the salon, not only was it not in Deer Valley as stated on Groupon, but the girl behind the counter was face timing her besty. I explained what I had come in for and explained why. When I told her this, she was quick to trust and suggest I do something other than my intentions. This was her "reccomendation." When I told her no, she was sorely surprised I wasn't like the normal tanner who took consultantso advice to heart. This made my visit completely uncomfortable. Just a little back story, I haven't tanned in over a year and a half because of a pregnancy. I was so excited to get away from the kids and enjoy myour time away. Anyway, the packet I was offered was the super cheap and a less effective product as it was the same thing you can buy at target or the beauty supply. When I asked to upgrade I was told I had to pay the whole price for another packet. I passed all together since I couldn't even use it while in the tanning bed. She never asked me if I had tanned before, so at that rate she walked me to my room and explained everything to me as if I was ignorant. Lastly. My spray tan. This is the first time me and my husband will be attending any kind of formal event, with that said, I walked into the spray booth with confidence, and walked out looking like I was sneezed on by fake tan. I literally cried all the way home from the salon. I tried rubbing it in, sacrificing my hands, but no luck. My face looked like I was entering a body competition. Bright orange. My legs looked like a speckled egg. I came home and scrubbed my entire body hoping the product didn't stain my skin too bad and I was salvageable for my event. I will never go back here. Not with the way I was treated and not with the waste of money and almost ruined party.
