I brought in my car for what seemed like a routine issue with my alternator. Turns out that's not the case and Moore's went through a ton of effort to figure out what it actually was. When they realized they had no idea, they didn't charge me for all the "wasted" hours and suggested I find a dealership to go to because they didn't feel comfortable poking around any deeper, just in case.
