  • This is a rating in regards to their customer service. The store manager, Shawn (sp?) was so polite and friendly while helping with an issue. It made me feel as though the situation I had was heard and validated, and he went out of his way to promptly assist me. While I do not live in OH, I do make trips for the Cleveland Clinic....I will be sure to stop in and thank him in person when I do return to the area.
