  • Went there to do some quick shopping for a Philips #00 screwdriver to open up my laptop. I recently heard that their service had improved in order to beat Lowe's. I have to admit, service was SIGNIFICANTLY better than when I went there last. Sales people were very knowledgeable and helpful and I got the product I want very quickly. However, it is still no match for Lowe's. Lowe's still has that "help button" which I never used, I didn't see any of the sort in Home Depot. I still get the please go to XX Aisle for what you want. In Lowe's the sales person walks with me to the section and helps me find what I needed. However, Home Depot was closer to where I was so that was the other reason why I went.
