COMPLETELY revolted and dis-satisfied with the 'customer service' or LACK thereof at this location.
I had a verbal agreement with the shift lead/acting supervisor named Sara/Sarah upon purchasing an item. The verbal agreement was that I would most certainly be returning the next day for a second item as I had left my wallet at work (down the street) (I was on my break) we co-ordinated a time for the following day that would be convenient for both schedules and I left the store thrilled with my first purchase. When I returned the NEXT DAY to purchase the second item (at the time we had arranged) said woman sarcastically and rudely informed me that she sold the item I had placed on hold not only was she inconsiderate but she tried to reverse the blame by claiming "if you had tried the item on I definitely would have saved it for you"...
I'm not only upset with the fact that she sold it, I'm upset that a store I frequent could treat me so dis-honestly. Since when do you have to try something on to place it on hold? If I went into any other store on that block and placed an item on hold do you think they would sell it behind my back? I think not. I highly suggest being completely weary of this place...they're only out to take your money, obviously. I am still anxiously awaiting to speak to an actual manager or owner regarding this matter and MAY change my review upon speaking with such representative.
all in all: QUITE disappointed :(
