  • Awesome experience! My cell froze up when I tried to clean up my cell. I went to the Scottsdale Verizon store early today to plead for help. I was greeted by 2 tech specialist immediately upon arrival who ask me if they could help. Justin, the tech specialist cleaned up my phone. My problem was that I had too many apps that had too many pop-up ads. I couldn't even "message" someone or play a game, etc. without pop-ups interrupting every 3 to 5 seconds. One of my apps was especially evasive which took him a while to hunt it down. He found it hiding in an inconspicuous place. He was professional, respectful, friendly, and didn't loose patience. I am so grateful to Justin. I'm relieved and very happy with such service. A big thank you to Justin!
