  • the akron vet hospital is absolute ridiculous. we took one of our sugar gliders the four a cut on jerr back from the other one biting her. we were there from 7pm to after 11pm. all they did was give my sugar glider a pain med and told us that they don't have the equipment to help us. plus we waited in the exam room over over two hours before we saw the "dr" and when we did see her, she didn't even know the aid had already taken her back. this place lacks patient care and professionalism. we had to pay $111.00 up front just to be seen. then after all time we waited and the lack of help they gave our pet we had to pay another $66.00 for "shaving, washing and the pain med". the doctor was extremely rude. I'll never make my pets suffer the hour long drive and to be treated so poorly ever again. i really wish i could give less than one star.
