  • Why so bad customer service is here ???? Actually last time i came here . We left before we order food ..... cuz nobody want to take our order ..... we sat at sushi bar ..... and over 5min no one say nothing .....even tho sushi chef looked at us but didn't greeting or say nothing ...... we felt like we were inconvenienced so we left ....... And it has been almost 1 year and we came back .... Basically all stuff looked frustrated because of restaurant is busy ????? Is Customer annoying ??? No one smile .... Even tho their mistake order , no say sorry , no word ... jus running around and Act like busy busy busy .... I felt sorry for asking refills hot tea ... I felt sorry for asking extra napkins ..... I felt sorry for we want to order more ..... And sushi delivery is soooooooo slow .... We had to eat all appetizers while we were waiting sushi is coming Appetizers , sushi delivery balance is very bad .... Waiting waiting waiting finally we got sushi coming but still something missing and have to wait another 15min .... I feel sorry for the owner cuz I like their sushi menu and fish quality is no bad .... but so many bad reviews said " customer serious " and " sushi coming slow " I want to eat your sushi again , but I can't go back anymore cuz service is too bad
