rev:text	Worst customer service ever. The rep tried to convince me I needed their insurance and even though I asked him 3 times to remove it, he insisted he already gave me a discount so he didn't need to and refused. Called customer service line to complain and have them remove the insurance and they said they don't care (in a nutshell). Fighting it through Costco where I had my original rental agreement.
