rev:text	I posted a more lengthy review on Yelp for Caliber Property Management about the problems and absolute frauds these people are at the Central Phoenix location. To continue, I was able to move on Saturday instead of today (Monday 5/7). However, on Thursday of last week, I paid three days at the daily rate (covered Friday 5/4 to morning morning 5/7). I let the office know via email the next morning (Friday) that I was paid until then but the new unit would be available on Saturday 5/5 as I was notified by the new apt office that morning. No response from 4RentWeekly office but oh well. When I went to the office on Saturday morning about 10:30, the girl in the office refunded my $99 deposit but she only gave me $90 of the $126 I was due back. I asked why and she stated that since I moved out I pay the rate of $45 a day. Since January 9, I had been paying the weekly rate of $315. I explained to her that I paid the daily rate under my contract and I was still under the contract until all transactions associated with my residency there were complete. She disagreed, said it was their "policy". Well, it is also their policy to not let drug user live there but the last night and even the morning I moved before the office opened, the marijuana and drug smell was already creeping into the apartment via the bathroom and vanity area vents. Also, at the time I moved, I had paid three days at the daily rate less than 48 hours prior. They basically nickle and dimed me on this one...revenge for my complaints. They made almost $40 off me for absolutely nothing. Not to mention I left the apartment much cleaner than it was when I moved in. Do not rent here.
