Had a taste for steak so I went for a dinner here on Friday night about 7:30pm. The restaurant was busy and there was staff and customers everywhere. Everything was fine until a 20 something guy comes in with 4 of his friends and sits at the table next to me. This individual was wearing a blue terry cloth robe to the ground and bedroom slippers and a tshirt and shorts underneath it. His friends were dressed normally. Judging by him being easily 300+ pounds I doubt he was a cancer patient or on his way to death row.
I brought it up with one of the 3 managers on duty and was told there was nothing he could do about it! Whatever happened to a business having the right to refuse service to anyone? Even more so someone who doesn't have the grace to dress himself appropriately for an acceptable appearance in front of other people and the children eating in the restaurant?
What a gutless turd of a manager who refuses to take action and act like a manager and ask the individual to leave and come back when he is dressed appropriately. My faith in humanity continues to dwindle on a daily basis. I will no longer go to this establishment as evidently they appear to cater to lazy people who can't even dress themselves. Great job Golden Corral!
