  • I give this place 1 star for many reasons; *30 minute wait turned into a 45 minute wait *they charge $1 for two lemon slices (without telling you they cost extra) *they charge $1 for eel sauce (without telling you it costs extra) *it took 15 minutes just to get our waiter over, and then another 10 minutes to get our water. *they tell their management "oh I definitely warned him about the eel sauce" then the manager comes over with attitude after I say "I swear on my life he never once told us anything cost extra EXCEPT that deep frying a roll will cost more" the manager then responds "I'm not doing this with you rite now" then leaves the tab and walks away. *we were left with almost $15 left of just eel sauce and lemon I will never eat here again.
