  • Most people gave them one star, they actually deserve negative five stars. Worst customer service EVER. You'll not believe how unreliable the service is and no respect for anyone's time. The person answering calls Michael at 916-448-3374 hangs up when you ask to speak to a manager. I called multiple times and he kept hanging up on me. It seems like they have some unprofessional person answering calls. Then I called from another number and he said "I know who you are" before he hung up. Then he called ME from a Las Vegas number (702 269-9713) and started harassing me saying "I know where you live" SO FREAKIN UNPROFESSIONAL ...it's completely beyond comprehension. Pls give your business to someone who deserves it and avoid these clowns!
