  • The staff was so wonderful and friendly, especially Alyssa Corea on the security team. My husband and I were taking our 22-month-old to the pool and we got lost. She offered to give us a ride on the golf cart. She then provided a plastic cup as my husband had a beer bottle that could not be brought into the pool area. When I told her we did not have cash to provide a tip she said she was going to treat us and provided passes for the Starbucks in the hotel. It gave me goosebumps and made me want to pay it forward. She was so wonderful as was all the staff at the hotel. My reason for the 4 stars is there weren't nearly enough trash cans throughout the property. I was lugging trash around with me for a while looking for the garbage can. The other thing I did not like was an ashtray for smokers directly behind the grassy kids area. I don't want my kids breathing smoke while running around playing, which is what happened as people kept sitting on the bench to smoke. It was in a bad location and should be moved.
