  • Do not use this company! They ruined the coating on my car and refuse to take responsibility. I called them for a lock out. He used the airbag to pull the window open, then used the typical rod to reach in and unlock the door. Once I got home and went to the passenger side, I saw the damage. The rod he used rubbed on the black covering/plastic on the center divider of the door and peeled off the coating. There are scratches on the front passenger door and his fingerprints from opening the door. It was over 100 degrees, the plastic was obviously soft and he scraped it off. I sent him a picture and told him what happened. He adamantly denied it and said someone used a screwdriver to try to get into my car! And coincidentally that happened between him opening my door and me driving home! Of course the company only accepts cash or debit so there is no way to get my money back. I can't believe companies who never take any responsibility in any way stay open. He could have suggested a refund,..anything, but nope, just straight up denial. NOw I have to fix it and go after him for reimbursement. Don't use them!
