  • Odd to 'rate' an entire city, but I will anyway.. Been 3 times, I hated it the first time (appeared dead, dull). Loved it 2nd, 3rd times... Ohio City area appears the 'best' section. East Cleveland, absolute worst, some of the worst crime/damage in USA. The RTA (subway) is slow, fairs are a good price to get around; $2.50. The downtown is pretty dead after business hours, other than a mediocre casino. Still lots of vacancies in the city. At night seeing Quicken Loans, Progressive Field, etc.. really nice from highway. Cleveland has the food, drinks, activities; easy to spend a few days. Travel is so subjective, I love it, can't wait to return.
